Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups salt water
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small zucchini, if desired
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp spice mix for minced meat or
- Pizza seasoning
- n. B. Oil for frying
- e.g. tomato sauce
- e.g. leaf lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice in salted water and drain. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic, and thinly slice the bell pepper and zucchini. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat and vegetables until thoroughly cooked, stirring constantly. Season to taste and mix with the rice. Serve with tomato sauce and a green salad.
