Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 bell peppers, mixed, in large pieces
  • ¼ bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 2 bags of rice (10-minute rice)
  • Water (salt water)

Put the rice on the stove and add plenty of salt to the water. Meanwhile, roughly chop the three bell peppers and set aside. Brown the ground beef in a pan without any additional fat, then add the bell peppers. Turn off the heat and add a little ketchup. Drain the rice and add it to the pan. Add more ketchup and mix everything well. Other ingredients such as onions, garlic, or herbs are not necessary, or were removed from the recipe after one attempt. The sweetness of the ketchup is enough for the flavor.
