Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup(s) oil, neutral
- 1 cup of Fanta (approx. 200 – 250 ml content)
- Fat and flour for the tray
- 3 small cans of tangerine(s)
- 3 cups of cream (200 ml each)
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- 3 cups sour cream
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 55 minutes
Combine the batter ingredients and spread it on a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Spread the drained mandarins on the cooled cake base. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and sugar until stiff, then stir in the sour cream and spread the cream over the mandarins. Sprinkle the cake with cinnamon and sugar before serving. This cake tastes particularly fresh and fruity.
