Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g schnitzel meat
- Steak seasoning
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 4 bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 jar of shallots
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cucumbers, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Cut the meat into cubes and briefly sear with the steak seasoning. Add the cayenne pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper and stir through. Now place the meat in a large pot, add all the other ingredients, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve with white bread or rice.
