Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

without ice cream maker

First, puree the strawberries. To make ice cream without chunks, push the strawberries through a sieve. Then, combine all the ingredients in a freezer-safe bowl. Blend the ingredients with a hand mixer until light and creamy. Then, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 3 hours. Important: The strawberry mixture can be varied as desired (depending on how fruity you want the ice cream to be). The ice cream can also be poured into freezer-safe molds, etc.
