Feta cheese cream: Finely dice the feta cheese and drain the corn well. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Cut the peppers into thin rings. Mix the feta cheese, corn, tomatoes, and peppers with the yogurt. Season the mixture with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. (Feta cheese and yogurt can also be used in the low-fat version.) Ground meat mixture: Finely slice the spring onions. Finely chop the garlic clove. Wash, quarter, and deseed the tomatoes, and finely dice them. Brown the ground meat in olive oil until crumbly. Fry the spring onions and garlic for about 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, remove the pan from the heat, and season everything with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, warm the taco shells in the oven at about 125 degrees Celsius. To serve, place the ground meat mixture, the feta cheese cream, and the taco shells in separate bowls on the table. This way, everyone at the table can create their own tacos.
