Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • some orange juice
  • 1 tsp relish (cucumber relish)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 3 pickles
  • 4 slices of Cheddar
  • ¼ iceberg lettuce
  • some oil for frying
  • some butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the sauce, sauté the diced onion in a little hot oil in a pan until translucent. Deglaze with the orange juice. Then puree finely in a stand mixer or immersion blender with the pickle relish, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, a little vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread the raw ground beef evenly over the wrap. Melt a little butter in a pan. Place the tortilla, meat-side down, in the pan and cook for a few minutes until the meat turns brown. Now turn the wrap over; it’s best to place a plate on top and then rotate the entire pan. Spread the cheese over the meat, put a lid on the pan, and turn the heat down slightly. Wait until the cheese has melted. Chop the lettuce and pickles into small pieces and spread them on top of the cheese with the sauce. Fold the wrap once and cut it in half.
