Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g flour (wheat flour)
- 1 cup(s) mashed potatoes, large
- 100 g butter, soft
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 400 g minced meat, fried
- 2 cup(s) rice, cooked
- 1 cup(s) onion(s), small, chopped and browned
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 1 cup(s) cream, small
- 1 egg(s), beaten
Instructions

Place the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix gently by hand to prevent the dough from becoming tough. Chill briefly. Combine the filling ingredients. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (30 x 54 cm). Spread the filling 20 cm from one of the short sides. Fold over the empty side of the dough and press firmly. Brush with beaten egg and prick with a fork. Bake at 225°C for about 24-30 minutes.
