Cream Gugelhupf with nuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 220 g sugar
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g nuts, grated
  • 125 ml oil
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chocolate glaze
  • some sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and cream until frothy. Stir in the cocoa and nuts. Pour in the oil and continue stirring. Sift the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for about 1 hour at 180°C (350°F). Once cooled, cover with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with sprinkles.
