sinfully delicious

Grind the butter cookies. I do this in a blender, but you can also put the cookies in a freezer bag and crumble them with a rolling pin. Carefully melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the cookie crumbs. Divide the cookie mixture evenly among 6 dessert glasses, press down firmly, and chill. Pour the quark into a large mixing bowl, mix in the vanilla sugar, and separate the wafers from the marshmallows; these will not be used. Mash the foam mixture into the quark with a fork until the chocolate breaks into small pieces, and fold it in. Whip the cream and carefully fold it in as well. Spread the mixture over the cookie bases, decorate with fruit, and chill for 1-2 hours.
