Peach and blackberry jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g peach(s)
  • 500 g blackberries
  • n. B. lemon zest
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 48 minutes

Clean the fruit, peel the peaches if necessary, and chop them. Place them in a bowl. Stir in the lemon zest and gelling sugar and let everything stand for at least 1 hour. In the meantime, rinse the jam jars in hot water. Bring everything to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Then, mash the pieces with a potato masher or puree them with a hand blender. Then fill the prepared jars. Seal immediately and let stand upside down overnight.
