Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • some skimmed milk, organic
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder with 100% cocoa content

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegetarian, low carb, high protein, suitable for any diet

Place the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix with a little milk until creamy. Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla bean and stir them into the quark. Add the cocoa powder and stir vigorously to combine. Now pour the “chocolate pudding” into a second bowl and enjoy.
