Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • 5 gherkins, very finely diced
  • 5 tbsp stock from the gherkins
  • 1 tsp celery salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

for baked potatoes and vegetables

Finely dice the gherkins. Mix all ingredients together and season to taste. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then season again if necessary.
