Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, liquid
- 250 g sugar or less to taste
- 6 eggs
- 250 g dark chocolate shavings
- 250 g almond(s), ground
- 100 g flour
- Cake icing (chocolate icing)

Chocolate bread, for the ultimate chocoholics, not just at Christmas
Mix the first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly. Depending on the desired thickness of the chocolate bread, you may want to place a baking frame on the sheet or use a smaller baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 15-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the bread (use a skewer to check if it’s thick enough). Spread the cooled chocolate bread with chocolate glaze and cut into small cubes.
