Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, flesh cut into small pieces (set aside some slices for garnish)
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml yogurt
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper, white, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the chicken broth, add the avocado flesh, and puree with a hand blender. Stir in the cream, yogurt, white wine, and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Serve in soup bowls or deep plates and garnish with avocado slices.
