Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 75 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 5 apples
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry with 1 egg, butter, 80g sugar, flour, and baking powder. Roll out the dough and place it in a springform pan. Peel and slice the apples. Spread them on the shortcrust pastry. Mix the sour cream, cream, 1 egg, 100g sugar, and vanilla pudding in a bowl and spread it on the apples. Bake at 180°C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
