Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 pack of grated cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Water
  • Spice(s), according to taste
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Spice(s) or herbs of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the slightly frozen puff pastry into strips, moisten them with water, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and other spices. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven. This is perfect for entertaining and can be quickly adapted, for example, by sprinkling the whole thing with strips of ham instead of cheese, or simply with coarse salt. If you’re patient, you can also lightly twist the cheese sticks before baking. The dip is also delicious: Grate the garlic clove and cucumber, then add them to the yogurt with the spices! Done!
