Tuna rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese, natural
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 tomatoes, dried, pickled in oil
  • 1 gr. can/n tuna
  • 2 packs of puff pastry (rectangular, not round)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

It works best with the Quick Chef, as the cream is then very mild. Put the onion in the Quick Chef and chop it. Add the sun-dried tomatoes. Then add the can of tuna. Mix everything together continuously until it becomes really creamy. Finally, add a cup of cream cheese. The cream is ready – you can also use it as a dip. You don’t need any seasonings. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread half of the mixture on the puff pastry and then roll it up again lengthwise. Cut into slices about 1.5 cm large. Spread the remaining cream on the next piece of puff pastry. Roll it up in the same way and cut into slices (snails – like a Swiss roll). Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees fan-assisted oven for 20 minutes. Done. Delicious! It’s the absolute star of the party. Have fun trying it.
