Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 100 g yogurt, pure
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • g salt
  • 1 tsp oil (germ oil or olive oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tzatziki as we prefer it

Coarsely grate the cucumber and press the garlic with a garlic press. Mix everything with quark, yogurt, and oil, and season with salt. Add another splash of oil. Let it sit for a while. Tastes great with grilled steaks, but also with party meatballs and much more…
