Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5%
- 2 garlic cloves
- some cayenne pepper
- some salt
- 2 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crush the garlic cloves and place them in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix. Add lemon juice and season with cayenne pepper and salt. It goes well with many dishes.
