Instructions

Small double-deckers with cream filling

For the batter, beat the egg and sugar until frothy. Mix the yogurt with the milk and vanilla sugar and add to the egg and sugar mixture. Then stir in the melted, cooled butter. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa, then sift and gradually stir in until the mixture forms a thick mixture. Place 1 tablespoon of batter on each baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth it out with a moistened spoon. The cookies should have a diameter of about 3.5 cm. Important: Leave enough space between the cookies. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Then let cool completely on a wire rack. For the frosting, mix the butter with the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until creamy. Spread the frosting on one whoopie pie half and place a second half on top.
