Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 130 g margarine or butter
- 125 ml sweet cream
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g almond(s), ground
- 1 can/n apricot(s)
- Almond(s), sliced
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix the above ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and place it in a springform pan, forming a raised edge. Blend the ingredients for the almond glaze with a mixer and pour it over the dough. Arrange the drained apricots, hole-up, on top of the dough and garnish with sliced almonds. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
