Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 130 g margarine or butter
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g sugar
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 1 can/n apricot(s)
  • Almond(s), sliced
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the above ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and place it in a springform pan, forming a raised edge. Blend the ingredients for the almond glaze with a mixer and pour it over the dough. Arrange the drained apricots, hole-up, on top of the dough and garnish with sliced ​​almonds. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
