Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 175 g sugar, brown or white
  • 100 ml oil, neutral
  • 125 g buttermilk or milk
  • 3 m.-sized banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Briefly crack the egg and whisk. Then, using a mixer, combine the sugar, oil, and buttermilk until the sugar is dissolved. Combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and cocoa powder in the mixture. Finally, mix in the mashed bananas. Spread onto the muffin tin. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20-30 minutes. Tip: Decorate with chocolate glaze and Smarties.
