Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g chocolate (Milka dark chocolate, 50% cocoa)
- 125 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 75 g flour
- 250 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Balance)
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted). Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, stirring frequently. In a bowl, beat the brown sugar and two eggs with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate mixture, then mix with the flour. In a second bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and one egg. Pour the chocolate mixture into a baking dish (approx. 23 x 23 cm or 26 cm in diameter), spread the cream cheese mixture on top, and marble with a fork. Bake the brownies for about 35 minutes. Cut into slices or serve as a cake.
