Snack Balls with Cheese and Bacon

- 2 tbsp Oil
- 170 g Bacon cubes
- 1 Pc. Shallot
- 120 g Cream cheese
- 120 g Gorgonzola
- 100 g Snack pretzels
- 2 tbsp Chives
- Fry the bacon cubes in a pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes until it is almost crispy.
- Add the finely chopped shallots and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Put the cream cheese and crumbled Gorgonzola in a bowl. Add the bacon and shallot mixture and mix everything together well.
- It is best to use an ice cream scoop to shape balls out of the mixture and roll them smooth in damp hands.
- Place the balls on a plate, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Coarsely crush the snack pretzels in a mortar and mix with the finely chopped chives.
- Roll the balls in the mixture and serve.
