Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp water
- 50 g feta cheese
- Chives, finely chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. garlic
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
very tasty with baked potatoes
Mix the quark with water, salt, pepper, chives, and lemon, and season to taste. Crumble the feta into small pieces and stir in. I like to eat the quark with baked potatoes, but it’s also great for dipping or as a sauce for grilled vegetables!
