Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter, soft
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150 g nuts (macadamia)
- 100 g white chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and stir in. Roughly chop the macadamia nuts and white chocolate and fold in. Drop small spoonfuls of dough, 3-4 cm apart, onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 190°C for about 8 minutes.
