Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast (American sandwich)
  • 2 pairs of sausages, fine or coarse
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ pack of cheese (sliced)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly toast the slices of bread in the oven or toaster. Squeeze the sausage mixture out of the skin and spread it on the bread. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the bread, sausage side down, for about 5 minutes. Slice the onion into rings and the tomato into slices. Remove the toasted bread from the pan and briefly fry the onions and tomatoes, then spread them on the bread. Cover with sliced ​​cheese and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is soft and almost melted.
