Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g margarine (diet)
- 3 eggs (separate and fold in the egg whites last)
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 150 g low-fat yogurt
- 60 ml mineral water
- 1 tsp sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the diet margarine, egg yolk, yogurt, and sweetener. Add the mineral water. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Finally, carefully fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake waffles. Makes approximately 10 waffles, 1 1/2 lb each.
