Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 40 g desiccated coconut
- 15 g pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 60 ml soy milk (soy drink) or oat milk, almond milk or similar.

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without sugar, milk and egg, makes about 40 pieces.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the soy milk and mix everything lightly. Then knead the mixture either with a food processor or by hand. If the dough is too dry, you can add a little more soy milk. Form the finished dough into small balls (approx. 1-2 cm in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flatten the balls (approx. 3-5 mm thick). Bake in an oven preheated to 150°C (fan oven) for approx. 10-15 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning. Then remove from the oven and let cool.
