Extra fluffy chocolate waffles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 125 ml oil, neutral
  • 650 g flour
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pack of dark chocolate shavings, approx. 100 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

approx. 12 to 15 waffles

Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate shavings, thoroughly with a hand mixer until smooth. Then, using a whisk, gently stir in the chocolate shavings. One scoop per waffle is sufficient. This recipe yields approximately 12-15 waffles.
