Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g ham, raw, diced
- 3 sausages (Wiener)
- 400 g pasta
- salt water
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cubes of herb butter, melted
- 150 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Cook the pasta in salted water as usual, drain, and then place it in a casserole dish. Thinly slice the sausages and mix with the ham, eggs, cream, and melted herb butter (microwave the herb butter at 600W for max. 1 minute). Season well with salt and pepper and then pour over the pasta. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Then return everything to the oven for about 25 minutes.
