Kefir shake with cherries, strawberries and nectarine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g kefir
  • 1 nectarine(s) or peach
  • 100 g sweet cherries
  • 100 g strawberries, fresh
  • some maple syrup or other sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the fruit. Pit the nectarines and cherries. Remove the green parts from the strawberries. Chop the fruit and place it in a blender. Add the kefir and maple syrup and blend for about 1 minute. Makes about 2 glasses.
