Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 stalk(s) Celery
- 1 ¼ liters vegetable broth
- 2 tomatoes
- 200 g meat sausage
- 280 g corn kernels
- 1 apple
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- some chervil, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Thinly slice the celery and cook in the broth for 10 minutes. Dice the peeled apple, tomatoes, and sausage, add them with the corn kernels, and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the chervil.
