Spinach in turmeric butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg leaf spinach, (frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp turmeric
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 handful of raisins, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sauté the raisins, garlic, and turmeric in butter. Add the spinach and sauté for about 6-8 minutes (taste well). Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and balsamic vinegar.
