Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 180 ml oil
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Fat, for greasing the springform pan
- Breadcrumbs, for sprinkling the springform pan

For the cake base, combine the first 6 ingredients until creamy. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and stir in the 2 tablespoons of sugar and cocoa powder into one of the portions. Now, spoon the mixture into the greased and floured springform pan, 2 tablespoons at a time. Pour the batter into the center of the pan until both quark mixtures are used up. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 50 minutes! (Please note that oven temperatures vary! Sometimes it’s quicker, sometimes not!)
