Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cans of corn
  • 60 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 bag(s) of cheese, grated Gouda
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple – quick – delicious

Drain the corn. Place the corn in a mixing bowl and mix with the flour and egg to form a smooth batter. Season with salt and pepper and add tablespoon at a time to a hot pan with a little oil. Fry until golden brown, then flip. Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of grated cheese on the flipped cookies and place the lid on the pan. Wait until the cheese has melted, then the other side will be cooked through.
