Complementary foods, pureed food, homemade baby food

Preparation: Peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Remove any fat and sinew from the meat and also cut into small pieces. Cook everything together in a little water for about 10 minutes. Then pour into a tall mixing bowl and puree with the meat juices or mash to the desired consistency. Then stir in the oil and apple juice. Other tips: You can sometimes replace the meat with fish, such as salmon. The whole thing can also be prepared in large quantities and preserved or frozen, but only add the oil shortly before eating. If you don’t have apple juice at home, you can replace it with a dessert of fruit puree such as apple or pear sauce. If you like, you can sometimes replace the potatoes with pasta or rice.
