Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g meat (beef, turkey or pork)
  • n. B. water
  • 5 potatoes
  • 6 carrots
  • 5 tbsp apple juice
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the meat, pat dry, and chop it into small pieces. Add it to boiling water. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots, and add them to the boiling meat. Cook until tender. Drain, reserving some of the cooking water. Add the apple juice and rapeseed oil and puree everything. If the porridge isn’t liquid enough, simply add a little more apple juice. Freeze the finished porridge in portions.
