Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 20 g flakes (wholemeal or whole grain flakes)
  • 2 tbsp fruit juice or fruit puree

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Complementary foods, pureed food, homemade baby food

Stir cereal flakes into cold milk and semolina into hot milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Add fruit juice or fruit puree and mix everything together. 20g of whole grain cereal flakes corresponds to: 2 tablespoons of oat flakes + 3 tablespoons of spelt flakes or semolina. Please prepare instant cereal according to the package instructions.
