Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g ham, diced
  • 500 g chicory
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tsp broth, instant
  • 200 g processed cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the ham cubes in hot fat, add the finely chopped chicory, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add water and stock powder, bring to a boil, and then melt the cheese. This makes a great appetizer.
