Parsley – pan – potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • salt water
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple but tasty side dish for fish and meat

Peel the potatoes and boil them in plenty of salted water until tender. Meanwhile, sort the parsley and chop it finely. When the potatoes are tender, drain the water and add the butter and parsley. Finally, gently swirl the tightly covered pot to melt the butter and distribute the parsley. The potatoes are now ready to serve.
