Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf, depending on size also 2

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Place the spices in a tea bag (or use without) and cook them in salted water with the potatoes for about 20 minutes, depending on their size. Leave the skin on before eating. This goes well with the cream sauce from my profile, but with a dash of thick balsamic vinegar added.
