Pasta and minced meat gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 125 g pasta
  • 100 ml cream
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g gratin cheese
  • ½ tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Chop the onions into small pieces and fry them with the minced meat. Add the vegetable stock and let it simmer briefly. Add the sour cream, cream, and tomato paste and mix well. Add the uncooked pasta to the pan and simmer briefly for about 1 minute. Transfer everything to a greased casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, and place in the oven for about 35-40 minutes.
