Stracciatella yogurt on fruit salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg fruit, of your choice
  • 1 dash of lemon juice
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream, or Cremefine
  • 150 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the fruit and, depending on the type, trim, core, stem, peel, etc., and cut into cubes. Stir in lemon juice and sweeten to taste. Stir the yogurt until creamy and sweeten to taste. Roughly chop the chocolate and whip the cream until stiff. Fold into the yogurt mixture along with 2/3 of the chocolate. Just before serving, arrange the stracciatella cream on top of the fruit salad and garnish with the remaining chocolate.
