Tortellini bake à la Catkelly

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tortellini, fresh
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 100 g peas, as needed
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing the mold
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Arrange the uncooked tortellini in it. Dice the cooked ham and arrange them on top. Arrange the peas on top. Heat the cream in a saucepan, add the spreadable cheese, and stir until melted. Season with nutmeg and pepper, if desired, and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole and bake at approximately 200°C for about 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
