Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 6 tbsp curd
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (drinking cocoa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with curd and milk

Wash the pear, halve it, remove the core, and roughly chop it. Blend the pear pieces with quark, milk, and hot chocolate, and season to taste. Adjust the milk and cocoa amounts if necessary depending on the size of the pear. Serve the smoothie in glasses.
