Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 bread roll, soaked and squeezed
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat, chopped
  • 2 carrots, finely grated
  • 20 g cream cheese with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead all the ingredients for the meat mixture—including the finely grated carrots. Grease a loaf pan with butter and fill it with half of the meat mixture. Spread the ham slices with the herb cheese, sprinkle with parsley, and roll up. Place in the pan and cover with the remaining meat mixture. Place in the oven and bake at 180°C for 1 hour.
