Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag(s) of chips (tortilla chips)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bottle of sauce (salsa)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some milk
  • Cheese (ger. Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tastes REALLY delicious!

Place 3/4 of a bag of chips in a baking dish. Brown the ground meat. Mix the bell peppers and corn with the ground meat and pour over the chips. Mix the salsa, sour cream, and milk together. Pour everything into the dish over the ground meat. Sprinkle the remaining chips on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
