Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 rolls (baked rolls)
  • 4 small sausages, coarse (raw, uncooked)
  • 12 tsp BBQ sauce, to taste
  • 50 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Halve the buns. Cut open the sausages and remove the sausage meat. Spread the sausage meat on the buns. Grill the buns directly (meat side down) for about two minutes. Place them upside down (bun down) in an indirect area of ​​the grill and brush with BBQ sauce. Grill for another two minutes, then sprinkle with cheese. Continue grilling until the cheese is melted.
